I ended up canceling my order, the whole process was way more of a hassle than I thought it would be. It wasn’t very straightforward, and I felt like I had to spend more time and effort on it than should’ve been necessary. On top of that, the refund took a really long time to come through, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I understand that refunds can take a few days sometimes, but this felt like it dragged on longer than it should have.

So... I managed to get my tickets in the end, but the site was lagging a bit while I was booking. Nothing too bad, just made the process feel a little slower than expected.

I ordered through muvicinemas.com and, to be fair, the concession service was really quick. There was a bit of a line, but it moved fast and I had my popcorn and drink within a few minutes, so I didn’t miss the start of the movie. That part was great. Still, the staff seemed a little rushed and not very polite, so I expected at least a quick apology or some kind of acknowledgment. Fast service is nice, but a little courtesy would’ve made the experience better.

I went to muvi cinemas the seats were super comfy. Like i said, super comfy. There was plenty of space, I didn’t feel squished at all, and I got through the whole movie without shifting around or getting annoyed. Like i said, I’d go back just for the seats

Took the kids here for a movie night and it was just really easy and fun, which is exactly what you want when you’re out with kids. It’s right near the main roads, so finding it wasn’t a hassle, and parking was actually fine even though it was a busy night. The entrance was easy to spot too, which helped since I was meeting friends there. The only annoying part is the traffic around there can be a bit much sometimes. But yeah, it was fine.

The showtimes are okay, but sometimes there’s not really enough late ones, which is kind of annoying when that’s the time I can go. Booking tickets still works fine though, so it’s not a huge problem, just could be better maybe

The entry queue wasn’t very clear at all. Staff were checking tickets, but people were standing in different lines, and no one really seemed to know where to go. I got a little impatient because it took longer than it should have just to get through the door.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, but they really need better signs or someone guiding people properly. I’d still go again, but I definitely hope the entry process is smoother next time.
